Board of Directors
I have had the great fortune to have experienced many things in life, both highs and lows. These encounters and adventures have given me a rich perspective of the world and many aspects of life. However, nothing has had as much impact on me as meeting my guru, H.E. the 25th Tsem Rinpoche and the Dharma that he has poured into my life.
I have always been a spiritual seeker and had exposed myself to a few facets of religious expressions but these explorations raised more questions than answered them. Meeting and listening to Rinpoche for the first time immediately addressed much of the issues, doubts and questions that had lingered in my mind for years. At the risk of sounding cliché, a lot of things began to make sense and Rinpoche’s teachings infused so much logic into life’s phenomena and purpose into life itself.
The years that I have spent as a student of Rinpoche and a servant of the Dharma have been the most rewarding and fulfilling. I have held a few high positions in business and commerce before but they pale into insignificance when compared with the great sense of purpose and self-actualisation when one undertakes Dharma work with the right motivation. I rate my greatest accomplishment as being a writer for Tsem Ladrang and to use my time, efforts and mind to propagate Rinpoche’s great works.
Recently I was chosen by the Great King Dharma Protector Dorje Shugden to serve as a member of Kechara’s Board of Directors. This is the highest honour I have received as well as the highest duty I have undertaken.
