JP has worked in his family’s hospitality business and although initially skeptical, he has carefully checked and observed how H.E. and the Kechara organisation is run. He is now fully convinced of its sincerity which has resulted in his full commitment.

As Liaison of Tsem Ladrang responsible for fund-raising and one of the Kechara organisation’s Board of Directors, JP spearheads all marketing, PR and fund-raising projects of Tsem Ladrang.

He also coordinates all Ladrang building and renovation projects, marketing, communications and fundraising initiatives and events.
