This might sound a touch weird - it does to me, and it came from me!  Make of it what you will.  Profound, dumb, useful, nonsense, it doesn't matter...

When we talk of practice, the problems, the sufferings we endure, the conflicts we experience and the wonderings, the questions, the searching for answers, the mindless wandering, the mindful progressions, the good times, the bad spells...sometimes we forget to breathe.

When you get a moment of quiet, breathe in slowly, deeply, then let it go.  Enjoy that ability.  You won't have it forever.  Savour the bliss of that moment.

Kind regards,

Hi Sandy

Your small thought made a good start for me here.

You may refer to meditation or contemplation? I also feel same as when we are in silence and let our mind back from all hustle n bustle then i can think clearly..

thanks!

Ya right - my whole life is spent chasing this life's dream.  Work, work, work, money, money, money.  Then family, family family, responsibilities, reponsibilities, responsibilities.  My hands are literally tied from an impressionable young age (eons ago) and I even forgot how silence sound like. It's about time I take a break and hear my own slow breath.
