OK my commitment is 4 days a week, right? Well basically it's 7 days a week unless someone cooks meat for me or prepares it for me. So I hadn't eaten any real meat in a few weeks. I had my mom pick me up 4 bacon-cheeseburgers.
When she arrived home, I had a split second sense of fear or like I am creating very much worse karma than my daily average. I could feel the negativity. Then I ate the burgers, and I felt like crap.
I had never felt fear before a meal like that before. It was like, not eating meat most of the time had made me more perceptive of the karma I receive when eating it.
Exactly like what Pummy said. I can definitely relate.
