You can also find  some of of his dharma lectures in podcast format on Itunes.
Just type his name in its search engine and youll find a treasure trove of stuff.

I am a huge fan of the dharma talks on youtube.  Some of them are short, some of them are long, but all of them are worth their length in gold.
