There are many delicious places to eat - I love italian food and most italian places have vegetarian options. I also tend to prefer western vegetarian or north indian!

Ben's in Bangsar Village 1 has great vege options. Yummy mushroom lasagne, pizzas, salads!

Boathouse in TTDI has good pasta. They also have a vegetarian menu though i'm not nuts about the mock meat. I prefer the mushroom aglio olio.

Out of Africa (next to A&W, near Amcorp) has a few good vege choices.

Sagar, on Lorong Maarof in Bangsar, have delicious veg options. I tend to order paneer everything - paneer masala, tandoori paneer etc with lashing of raita.
