Here is a question that just popped into my head. Do you think homemade pendants (or anything homemade for that matter) will have the same benefits as ones that are purchased. What I mean is Tsem tulku Rinpoche mentions in his video on prostrations that " The benefits of pendants are:
blesses you and others (see the buddha)
protected (by whatever the person is wearing)


Do you think that it also includes homemade ones?

Potentially homemade ones could be much better. If you're a sincere practitioner and people have confidence in your good qualities, you give them a pendant and it reminds them of you, you could change their life. Later in their life they might even think of you as the person that put them on the path. When we buy a pendant from some random merchant you don't get that.

Yes it does because a Buddha's form itself can benefit people.
