Hi guys,

Below is a link to a wonderful talk given by Ajahn Brahm on the importance of our experiences of spirituality and critical thinking. In the talk, he gives a real insight into the value of "knowing" for ourselves, as opposed to wandering aimlessly and failing to make any progress due to lazy blind belief, which some religious people do possess, unfortunately.

For those of you unaware of Ajahn Brahm, he is the Abbot of Bodhinyana monastery in Western Australia. I came to know him through Rinpoche, who posted some of Ajahn Brahm's talks on Twitter some time ago. He is very similar to Rinpoche in terms of his simple, direct and engaging teaching style. Ajahn Brahm shares a similar humour to Rinpoche, although is usually less energetic when giving talks Cheesy
