I was wondering if thai buddhist pendents "protect the wearer, bring good health, good luck" ect like the Medicine buddha, Green tara, Tsongkapa ect. Also if you wear a thai pendant, which style do you like and why?

I don't know what you mean by Thai Buddhist pendants. Kechara has a range of pendants http://vajrasecrets.com/pendants.html which will bring Buddha's blessings to the wearer, and protection also. All the Buddhas are the same enlightened energy though some Buddhas 'specialise' in particular aspects, eg Dukkar is good for legal cases and negative spirits, Medicine Buddha and White Tara for healing and health, Manjushri for wisdom etc.

I personally like and wear the Bliss Queen - one of the highest female tantric Buddhas, Vajrayogini. This one is the one i wear everyday http://vajrasecrets.com/vajrayogini-emptiness-rectangular-pendant-surrounded-by-clear-cubic-zirconia.html. I like Vajrayogini because she can bring me to Enlightenment and by wearing her pendant everyday, i constantly remind myself that i wish to receive her practice and achieve Enlightenment through her practice.

I also like Setrap very much so I wear his pendant now and then.

Which do you like? Smiley

As far as I know all Buddhist pendants bring positive energy to the wearer irrespective whether they are Tibetan, Thai or Mahayana. All of them are blessed and consecrated by high monks and are made from special materials. The problem with Thai pendants, they are being "goreng" till the prices go sky high. They are like commodity. My wife used to wear a phurba pendant. It helps in a way that it prevents spirits from disturbing my wife in her office. Her office is haunted!

A post by Tsem Rinpoche:

Chakra is general protection or specific protection. Pendant is an image of a Buddha that we wear and we get imprinted (karmically) to open the nature within us like them eventually. Like when you wear Vy pendant you open the Vy nature in you for the future and also you create causes to receive Vy teachings. Whoever sees your Vy pendant throughout the day also gets the blessings of Vy planted in their mind…same for any Buddha pendants..you should wear your Buddha pendants everyday without miss..also it sends a message to the world you are a PROUD BUDDHIST..and may Buddhism grow…… Ruel is protection against powerful black magic. Magic that can paralyze. Ruel and chakras can be placed over doorways or windows anywhere for general protection also. See here: pendants- http://vajrasecrets.com/pendants.html and chakras- http://vajrasecrets.com/tibetan-chakras.html TR
