It's been two and a half months since this thread was touched; that is to say, I have had two and a half months to live with a wealth vase received under the auspices of KH.

I must say, the vibes have been great but I must throw out the question:  is there a "radius" of influence of these vases?  I think so but hesitate to define it.

I look upon this first vase as my "Gelug" vase.  During its residence here I was guided to a Nyingma version said to have an influence of 15 miles, that is to say:  a circle whose radii are 15 miles from my apartment, affecting all there with all that is good.  I now treasure both my Gelug and Nyingma vases and they seem to get on well.  Perhaps I'm imagining but it seems that the Gelug vase has the subtle but unavoidable power of that linearge while the Nyingma vase has the full in-your-face power whether you like it or not of Guru Rimpoche.

Yesterday arrived a rupa of Dzambhala, filled and sealed by a Sakya shaman.  It too has its power.  It too seems in synch with the other two vases.  For me this rupa functions as a vase.  It seems, and I may very well be imagining, to convey the elegant layman power of that fine tradition.

Now I seek out the Kargyu vase.  So far, that ain't been easy...which is a surprise, given my strong connection with that lineage...but I shall keep looking.  Perhaps I don't need that vase; it was my great privilege to attend or sponsor I don't know how many Vajra Crown ceremonies when HH Karmapa 16 was with us - perhaps that's enough Kargyu influx for anyone...still:

I want to have four vases, one for each of the four traditions of Tibet who so kindly came to visit me in the West since I was not inclined to visit them in the East.

Also, and ultimately perhaps, I love the notion of their radii of influence...that so many neighbors with whom I am unacquainted and who know nothing of Dharma are benefiting from the presence of these sacred objects.

In these months I have learned a great lesson:  if one wishes spiritual abundance, all one need do is ask...but sometimes one's asking is inadequate.  During those times of the asking being not-good-enough, since Ego says it ain't, the wealth vases do their job and it doesn't matter that one's asking is inadequate.

Oh yes, there have been unexpected cash influxes - but the spiritual influxes have been overwhelming and I have been barely able to keep up with them.

Cash is nice but spiritual influx is nicer.

I write all this not to hustle wealth vases but to remind:  it's ok to wish for abundance.  It's ok to let it in, but seek first the abundance of planes less illusory than this.

I wish you all a wealth vase, whether it reside with you physically or etherically.

Scott

(Sidebar to SpiritNoShame:  unless you guard a wealth vase, which I deeply doubt, please spare this thread your blatts.  The idea is to open people to abundance, not to review your latest opinions of it.)
