This is found in the Setrap prayer and serves to remind me the importance to develop compassion (Bodhicitta (B)) and wisdom (Sunyata (S)).  For it is when B & S are fused, we gain Buddhahood.  It is wisdom that compels us to want to leave samsara but compassion compels us to want to come back to help others.  What a lovely expression this is.
